Our Birmingham based international law firm client seeks a talented, dynamic and ambitious commercial contracts lawyer with 7 years+ PQE looking for an opportunity to work with high quality clients and on exciting commercial contract projects.
The growth of this commercial contracts team is such that this is a unique opportunity to join an expanding and thriving commercial contracts practice. It is an opportunity to work alongside one of the established partners in the group working on major projects with high profile clients including many household names.
You will be given the opportunity to lead on transactions, manage team members and develop client relationship and development skills at the highest level. The successful candidate will be closely involved in the growth of the practice alongside the Partner and able to progress their career in it.
This market leading international commercial contracts team works across the firm’s global offices advising household name clients on business-critical projects across the full spectrum of commercial contract work. They act as a seamless extension to their clients’ management, procurement and in-house legal teams advising on strategic projects, commercial contract drafting and negotiations, assisting with precedent and legal process development and advising on day-to-day commercial contract matters.
