Commercial Property Paralegal – 12 Month FTC

Our client, a highly regarded and award-winning law firm, is seeking an experienced Commercial Property Paralegal to join their team on a 12 month fixed term contract. You will be working within a dynamic and supportive team, providing high-quality legal services to a range of clients across various sectors.

As a Commercial Property Paralegal, you will be responsible for assisting fee earners with a range of tasks, including but not limited to:

• Conducting legal research and drafting legal documents
• Assisting with due diligence and property transactions
• Liaising with clients and other parties involved in transactions
• Managing files and documents, ensuring all paperwork is accurate and up-to-date
• Providing general administrative support to the team

This role is available on a 12 month fixed term contract, as our client likes to offer Training Contracts to their Paralegals after 12 months when appropriate. Our client has a strong record for converting their Paralegals into Trainee Solicitors with the firm, and this is an excellent opportunity a Paralegal seeking a role with genuine progression prospects.

To be considered for this role, any applicant must be an experienced Paralegal with strong Commercial Property experience. You should have excellent attention to detail, good communication skills, and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
