Representing a Band 2 (Chambers & Partners and Legal 500) & Top50 Law firm, looking to add two more members in their highly reputed Commercial Property team, from Newly Qualified to Partner level.

The firm is constantly growing in terms of revenue and headcount, attracting high-net worth clients and companies for transactions up to £10million. You will be managing acquisitions and disposals, landlord and tenant matters, environmental and renewable energy-related commercial property work, as well as property finance. You will be exposed to a truly broad practice and gain high-level involvement when advising real estate investors, property developers and tenants.

Our client reached their record year in terms of performance and revenue, marking historic milestones in terms of their growth plan. This opportunity not only offers breadth of work and opportunity to manage client from the outset, but the firm is also reputed for their collegiate environment, business opportunities and work life balance options.

Requirements:

  • UK Qualified lawyer from a Legal500 Firm
  • Experience in commercial property matters (at least 6 months)
  • Strong academic performance
