Commercial Property Lawyer

A leading sector focused national firm is seeking a 2-4 PQE commercial property lawyer to join it’s Birmingham team.

The role will focus mainly on advising in relation to large-scale regeneration and development projects, alongside more general commercial property work.

You will have the opportunity to advise on a range of national and regional public and private sector organisations including Greater London Authority, the Homes and Communities Agency and the City of London as well as a range of significant London Boroughs and other local authorities across the UK.

Alongside high-quality work, you will also have plenty of opportunity to meet clients, grow your own network and develop other business development skills. There will also be prospects for those with the ambition and skills to do so, plenty of variation in the work and significant support from both the Property team and the wider firm to help you develop your own practice.
