About the Role
Our client is seeking a talented and experienced Commercial Principal Associate to join their newly established Birmingham office. This is a fantastic opportunity for a senior commercial solicitor to work on a broad range of high-value and strategic matters.
You’ll advise on:
- Commercial contracts
- Supply and purchasing agreements
- Agency and distribution arrangements
- Outsourcing and IT agreements
- IP licensing
- Data protection and privacy matters
You’ll work with clients across a variety of sectors, offering a diverse and stimulating workload. The role also includes opportunities for business development, team supervision, and involvement in wider firm initiatives.
What We’re Looking For
- 8+ years’ PQE, ideally from a City or large regional firm
- Strong technical expertise in commercial, IP, and IT law
- A pragmatic, client-focused approach to legal advice
- A passion for mentoring, leadership, and business development
- A commercial mindset and the ability to build strong client relationships
