Commercial, NQ-3 PQE

Our client is looking to add headcount to its commercial team at the junior level. They will consider March 2023 qualifying NQs – 3 PQE. The firm is well regarded as having a leading reputation within ESG and other impact matters.

The firm operates across a broad range of clients including the technology, charities, education, sport, owner/managed business and corporates.

The team work on the full range of commercial matters including T&Cs, distribution agreements, SaaS contracts, software reseller agreement, software licence agreements, amongst other commercial contacts.

They are opening to considering those from a broad background with the required skill sets, including candidates interested in relocating to London from the regions.
