A national highly acclaimed specialist law firm is recruiting a 3+ PQE housing litigation lawyer for its Birmingham office.

This legal 500 (Tier 1) rated housing litigation team provide advice and support on all housing litigation services, including anti-social behaviour advice, disrepair litigation, access injunctions and possession proceedings.

This is fantastic opportunity to join a reputable growing team and advise housing associations, local authorities, charity landlords and housing co-operatives throughout England.

The successful candidate will be motivated, confident and have previous experience of housing and/or residential leasehold litigation for either social landlords or tenants.
