Commercial Litigation Solicitor

A large and well established sector specialist law firm is looking to recruit an experienced 2+PQE commercial litigation solicitor in Birmingham.

The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work across our specialist sectors, advising upon and dealing with a range of litigation to include court proceedings, arbitrations and expert determinations.

You will also have the opportunity to work your own case load and assist more senior members of the team on high-value and complex litigation including contractual and commercial disputes brought by and facing social businesses, health and social care providers, local authorities and charities.

The ideal candidate will have around two to three years’ experience of dealing with a variety of litigation matters including property litigation.
