Commercial Legal Counsel – 1+ PQE

Leading global insurance company is seeking a commercial lawyer who ideally has experience of working with insurance clients or insurance contracts. Candidates from a contentious or non-contentious insurance background will be considered.

The role will involve negotiating with third parties in order to bring contracts to execution and completition, working on a range of agreements including insurance distribution contracts, general commercial contracts and contractual queries supporting procurement.
