The successful candidate would be joining a fast expanding team and would have the chance to be part of, and help shape, the firm’s ambitious commercial growth plans.

In addition, the candidate will have the opportunity to work on a wide range of commercial and IT projects within a multi-disciplinary team.

The remit of the role is intentionally broad, to provide challenging and interesting work, giving the successful lawyer extensive client contact from the outset. You will be supported by an experienced, inclusive team and be provided with excellent training and opportunities for progression.

The successful candidate will possess the following skills:

Experience in drafting and reviewing commercial contracts and contract management support

Ability to work in a team, coordinating advice with other fee earners

An ability to liaise effectively with clients

Practical and commercial approach

Excellent organisational skills and ability to manage time effectively

Strong training either in private practice or in-house at a tech firm or within the public sector. Whatever your work background, you must be excellent in front of clients, ready to play an active role in growing the team and eager to drive your career forward in a progressive and ambitious practice.

In return you will receive a good salary, substantial benefits and flexible working.
