Commercial Lawyer (Engineering)

About the company:

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a talented lawyer to join a PE-backed engineering and technology services business, servicing some of the biggest names in motorsports, automotive and transport.

About the role:

The role will be a broad in-house commercial role, drafting and reviewing a range of commercial contracts, advising on legal issues in relation to intellectual property, and corporate governance matters.

About you:

The ideal candidate will be 3+ PQE with a strong commercial background, experience in relation to IP and aspects of a technology business. They will enjoy taking on a wide remit, high levels of responsibility and working autonomously.
