Growing accountancy firm seeks commercial lawyer to join team.

In this newly created role, you will support senior members of the legal team with a wide variety of legal issues that arise including commercial matters, software agreements, corporate governance and M&A, employment matters, data privacy, and disputes. This is a full-service role but a large portion of the work will involve contractual negotiation so the best experience for this position will be a lawyer with experience in commercial and/or corporate matters.

This position is offered on a hybrid basis with some travel required within the UK.
