Commercial Lawyer 4+PQE

Growing commercial team seek an ambitious and exceptional 4+ PQE commercial lawyer to help further develop its highly regarded Commercial practice in Birmingham.

Our client is a leading provider of legal services to the health, social care, housing and emergency services sectors, as well as in the field of professional regulation. The firm has five offices nationally. They act for a wide range of long-standing clients in both the public and private sector. They have achieved a two star accreditation from Best Companies to work for, the firm is independently rated as an “outstanding company to work for”.

The successful candidate will undertake a wide range of high quality and complex commercial work primarily for their public and private sector clients across the health, housing and emergency service sectors predominantly, advising on a range of contractual agreements, including service contracts, joint venture arrangement, contracts for the supply of goods and services and IT / software related contractual arrangements.
