Commercial lawyer
Leading asset management firm requires commercial lawyer to join team.
You will draft and negotiate a wide range of contracts including 3rd party outsourcing agreements, software licenses, consultancy agreements, cloud agreements, and advise on data privacy issues.
You’ll be excited to work in a global position supporting stakeholders across international offices, and be a strong team player.
