Commercial IP/IT Lawyer

Are you an experienced commercial IP/IT lawyer looking for a genuine opportunity to help grow a relatively new entrant to the Birmingham market and in return be rewarded with an excellent track for progression? Our client is a nationally renowned practice that has expanded considerably over the last few years and looking to further develop its Birmingham offering.

You will play a key part in the team's development in Birmingham and have an immediate impact by playing a key role in its commitment to the local market. Our client is extremely well established in the commercial sphere nationally and well regarded for both IP and IT matters. The role offered is a mix of IP, commercial contracts and IT focusing on non-contentious work. As a relatively new entrant to the Birmingham legal landscape, the commercial IP/IT team has already started to make a mark against the longer established practices. The team has been recognised for its notable strengths in advising on research and development agreements and technology contracts.

You will be experienced in commercial IP/IT work, the team is relatively flexible in terms of PQE. You could be a junior lawyer looking to specialise further in IP/IT work or a more experienced lawyer looking for a better career track.

We specialise in the recruitment of lawyers across private practice and in-house in the Midlands region. For an initial conversation about this opportunity please get in touch.

Please note our advertisements use PQE/salary levels purely as a guide. However we are happy to consider applications from all candidates who are able to demonstrate the skills necessary to fulfil the role.

Please note that your personal information will be treated in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
