Commercial IP Lawyer
An excellent opportunity has arisen at our client, a highly regarded international City law firm for an interim commercial IP lawyer to cover maternity leave for 6 months with a view to extend further.
You will advise UK and global clients on IP, general commercial, data protection and some IT matters. The split will be 40% IP, 40% data protection/GDPR, and 20% IT. You will handle brand protection, trademarks, copyright, design rights (all non-contentious), data protection, data privacy, and cybersecurity relating to GDPR, and you will act for fashion brands, retail, telecoms, and aviation clients.
The successful commercial IP lawyer is likely to have upwards of 4+ PQE with a relevant background gained at a top City law firm. Individuals who have trained at top City law firms with recent in-house experience are welcome to apply.
