Commercial Contracts Lawyer NQ-3 PQE

A leading International law firm are currently recruiting for a NQ-3 PQE commercial contracts lawyer to join it’s Birmingham office.

This is an exciting opportunity to join the firms Risk Management team and assist on managing the compliance, legal, reputational and commercial risks associated with client engagement terms, client pitches and audits and amendments to the firm’s standard term.

The ideal candidate will have solid commercial contract experience and experience working within a risk and compliance function would be beneficial but is not essential.
