An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced claimant clinical negligence solicitor with a leading practice in London. This firm is based in Birmingham, known for its commitment to excellence in legal services. The London clinical negligence team is long established and are market leading. The team are recognised for handling complex and high value clinical negligence cases, and quite often media sensitive.

The partners seek to recruit an ambitious 3+PQE+ clinical negligence solicitor to join the team. You will have at least three years post qualification experience handling clinical negligence claims including high value and complex claims. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to manage their own caseload covering the broad spectrum of clinical negligence including but not limited to delay in diagnosis, misdiagnosis, cancer claims, birth injures to baby and mother, brain injury and fatal claims, as well as assist on higher value and complex claims.
