Clinical Negligence Solicitor

Leading international firm, with a very well regarded clinical negligence team is looking to recruit a junior and mid level solicitor to their busy team.

The role:-

Manage your own caseload of a broad range of defendant clinical negligence claims
Assist senior lawyers, partners on higher value complex claims including birth injury either to mother and/or child, spinal, head injury, cerebral palsy,
Opportunity to get involved on inquests from the clinical negligence side of the claim

The person:-

-The ideal candidate will be 1+PQE with experience of managing their own litigated caseload of clinical negligence claims
NQ solicitors that have completed a seat in clinical negligence are also invited to apply
Applications from claimant clinical negligence solicitors are positively encouraged
