City Law Firm I Private Client I 1-4 PQE

A unique city law firm is looking to hire a 1 – 4 PQE Private Client Associate with Court of Protection experience, who is looking to further their interest and expertise in this field.

You will be an English & Wales qualified lawyer, who has spent their career post qualification in the private client practice area, specifically dealing with matters involving the court of protection.

You will be involved predominantly with deputyship and trust work, drafting Court of Protection Applications, but will also deal with wills and probate cases.

This is a good opportunity for both London and regional candidates to work with a highly regarded firm, in an established and ranked private client – court of protection team, with exposure to partners who have extensive experience in the London private client market.
