Taylor Root is currently instructed on an exciting new role on behalf of a top tier insurance firm based in Birmingham who is recruiting for it’s fraud team.

With this team you will have handle a broad range of EL/PL fraud claims. You will be responsible for defending and investigating exaggerated claims, fabricated claims, fabricated Accident circumstances, substituted Injury, staged accidents and organised fraud.

The team are keen to speak to fraud lawyers looking to join a well established and successful team, appointed to large panel insurers offering a strong stream of work flow. The partners would encourage personal injury solicitors with litigated EL/PL experience with a demonstrable interest in fraud to also apply.
