Capital Markets – Paralegal/ NQ/ Associate 0-2PQE
Busy Capital Markets practice of a well-established Law Firm is growing their Hong Kong team. If you are a Paralegal/ NQ/ Associate 0-2 PQE with experience in ECM/ IPO/ DCM transactions and native/ proficient Mandarin, this could be an excellent career move for you.
Working alongside experienced Partners and Associates you will be actively involved on a range of Corporate transactions.
To will have:
- 1-3 years of experience in DCM/ ECM/ IPO transactions gained within a well-recognized law firm environment (International or Local)
- Bachelor’s degree from a recognised law school
- Preference for candidates with UK/ US or PRC qualification/ passed PRC Bar exam
- Strong candidates with varied qualification can be considered for a future track and the opportunity for future promotion
