Builders Warranty Lawyers

The Firm

We are working with a leading law firm with a strong reputation in the insurance, construction and property sector. We are looking for two or three mid-level lawyers with a primary focus on domestic building insurance and owner corporation matters to join their high performing team in these areas.

The Role

Within this role, you will have the opportunity to work alongside three partners who are experts in their fields, handling a diverse range of matters for both local and interstate clients. You will also have some interest in and responsibility for supervising and training juniors in the team. While prior experience in builders warranty insurance, domestic building insurance, construction related disputes, or owner corporation matters is highly advantageous, a genuine interest in these areas is a must.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a driven associate, as upskilling and training will be provided.

The Ideal Candidate

• You are a lawyer with ideally between 3 to 5 years of quality experience
• You have a solid academic background and demonstrated knowledge in a variety of insurance, construction and property matters
• You have a strong commitment to client service and well-developed relationship management ability
• You have experience, a solid understanding and hold a genuine interest in builders warranty insurance, domestic building insurance, construction related disputes, or owner corporation matters
