A leading City law firm, who work with largest organisations in the world, providing expertise in in multiple practice areas, are offering the opportunity for an NQ-2 PQE Banking & Finance Solicitor to join their London office.

As a key part of the Banking & Finance team, you will work on a wide range of domestic and cross-border financings, including real estate finance, corporate and leveraged finance, structured finance and restructurings. The team works with both lender and borrower clients, including commercial and private banks, debt funds, investment funds, institutional investors, corporate borrowers, hedge funds and family offices.

The role will suit a UK qualified lawyer NQ – 2 PQE. March 2023 qualifiers will be strongly considered. You would have gained this experience from a leading city or regional practice.
