As a junior lawyer in the team you will have the full support and mentoring of the highly successful funding and finance partners and gain exposure to a range of finance matters work encompassing complex funding and finance-related projects including; bonds, private placements, syndicated and bilateral facilities, revolving credit facilities and joint ventures, as well as securitisation and charging of assets.

The ideal candidate will be a circa 1-5 years post qualification banking and finance lawyer , looking for the opportunity to undertake finance work for a different mix of clients. The successful lawyer will be motivated by the aims and aspirations of their clients and looking to develop their wider business skills alongside their legal specialist knowledge in order to build strong client relationships.
Candidates will be able to demonstrate the ability to build rapport with a variety of 'clients', both external and internal, and inspire and hold their confidence, enjoy collaborating and working as part of a high performing team, have the ability and desire to develop their technical skills, have excellent self-motivation and be confident to use their own initiative where appropriate to deliver top quality advice to clients.
