Banking Lawyer at award winning National firm in Birmingham

Our client is a leading UK law firm with offices across the country working together as one collaborative national team.

The firm's thriving banking and finance team acts for borrowers, lenders and investors including leading UK banks and financial institutions on a wide range of domestic and international finance transactions across a range of sectors.

As a junior solicitor in the team, you would gain exposure to all aspects of finance transactions and work on a wide range of matters to include; acquisition finance, asset finance, real estate finance, corporate lending, project finance and refinancings.

At this level, our client is looking for a bright and ambitious banking lawyer with experience of advising borrowers, lenders and investors on the full transactional lifecycle. In addition, you will demonstrate strong attention to detail, the ability support and assist other team members on a range of matters, excellent communication skills and a clear interest in developing your commercial and technical skills.

This role will afford client contact from day one and you will be encouraged to take part in business development to build your own network.
