Banking & Finance Paralegal – US Law firm.

Taylor Root is currently seeking an experienced Paralegal to join our client, a leading US law firm, In their Corporate Finance.

The successful candidate will have the opportunity to support partners and attorneys with Corporate Finance matters. This will include supporting the firms Corporate Transactions with various financing methods (ECM/DCM or Leveraged Finance).

Your role will include due diligence, drafting ancillary documents, documentation preparation, conducting legal research, providing document management and managing firm resources.
