Banking & Finance Lawyer (Real Estate Finance) 1-3 PQE

A leading boutique law firm, based in the city, are recruiting for an 1-3 PQE Banking & Finance Lawyer, to join their practice.

You will join the firm’s Banking and Finance group, acting as key advisors on lending across a range of instruments, from acquisition finance to corporate mini-bonds and crowdfunding. You will also advise clients throughout the UK and overseas banks on loans into the UK secured on UK assets, and handle cross border security structures

This will suit an 1-3 PQE Solicitor, who experience in real estate fiancé, alongside a broader expertise in banking and finance work. You will have gained this from an equally leading law firm.
