Our Birmingham based client is a global 100 law firm, with over 3,400 employees operating out of 25 locations. Due to expansion, they are now recruiting for a banking lawyer with 0-6 PQE.

This exciting new vacancy will sit within the structured finance part of the firm's overall banking team. Whilst the ideal candidate will have some invoice finance, receivables financing or asset based lending experience), candidates with a general banking background are also encouraged to apply since knowledge of more general banking / LMA work is essential, and training on the other products can be provided. The structured finance part of the team look at asset based lending, receivables finance, asset finance, asset backed securities, securitisation (private or public), debt capital markets work (bonds) and derivatives. The candidate will also be able to work with on other transactions, such as real estate finance, acquisition finance and corporate lending.
The team advise a broad range of funders and borrowers on a wide variety of financing transactions. They act for all the UK clearing banks, a number of other European and investment banks, independent financiers and investment funds on all types of facilities across asset based finance, securitisation and debt capital markets. They also act for many borrowers, from listed companies to small enterprises, on their financings.
