Fantastic opportunity for a senior in house lawyer to join a well recognised brand in tech consulting, in an Associate General Counsel position, to manage the talented legal team and assist the business on a wide range of matters. The company is at the forefront of innovation in the evolving world of cloud, digital and platforms and it possesses an impressive track record of growth and talent retention.

Reporting in to the UK & Ireland General Counsel, you will be tasked with providing support to the business to enable the delivery of key projects and initiatives, as well as ensuring the legal team is running effectively. As part of a global legal team you will support the Group's business in the UK & Ireland, and enjoy a good degree of autonomy working on all phases of deals. You will work closely with a broad range of internal stakeholders and external clients, advising on a wide variety of commercial issues and transactions, varying in nature, complexity and value.

You must have trained at a top City law firm before making the move in house within the technology industry. You will ideally be a minimum of 10 years PQE and be able to demonstrate a commercial and creative approach to legal advice. Ideally you will have worked in a fast paced technology business and have lead a legal team.

This is a unique opportunity for an experienced commercial/IT lawyer to join a motivated, enthusiastic and supportive legal team that enjoys an excellent range of high quality legal work.

Please note our advertisements use PQE/salary levels purely as a guide. However we are happy to consider applications from all candidates who are able to demonstrate the skills necessary to fulfil the role.
