Associate General Counsel

Associate General Counsel – 5+ PQE (Commercial Tech / TMT)

We are partnered with global life sciences technology business who are looking to recruit a 5+ PQE solicitor with commercial, SaaS and privacy experience to join their legal team.

In this role you will be joining a legal team based across the US, Europe and Asia, as their first UK based hire. You will have the opportunity to work on high value SaaS, commercial and data privacy matters.

The role can be based in the North of the UK (Leeds or Manchester) or the Midlands and will be hybrid.

The ideal candidate will be 5+ PQE with strong commercial, SaaS and/or privacy experience. Trained at a well-regarded law firm or in-house.
