As an Associate Director you will manage and support a portfolio of listed clients, advising on and tackling complex client challenges.
Examples of client work includes:
Technical Support - Assisting with group reorganisations, financial restructuring for liquidation and core company secretarial duties.
Subsidiary Governance - Assisting with clients on budget management, looking at what frameworks are currently in place and advising on high level Board support, Director training and looking at what operation models are in place.
Global Entity Management - Assisting clients who want to outsource.
The role of an Associate Director is to develop strong, trusting relationships with your clients, actively contributing to the eminence of our practice by external knowledge sharing and investing time in business development.
Client work aside we have a team of 3 Managers and 4 Company Secretarial Assistants and the role of an Associate Director is to also focus on developing and supporting the team, supporting team members in their personal and professional development.
The successful candidate will have:
- ICSA qualified or a qualified Solicitor
- This role would suit someone at Senior Assistant Company or Deputy level
