Associate – Banking and Finance

Role

Our client, a top-tier international law firm, is looking to add an Associate and/or a Senior Associate to its Acquisition/Leveraged Finance team.

In this role, you will work with two pre-eminent Partners on a wide range of acquisition/leveraged finance and general corporate finance transactions including senior and mezzanine financings and asset-based lending transactions. You will also gain exposure to syndicated loans, offshore high yield / Term Loan B financings and debt restructurings.

Team

This team is the go-to choice for clients in complex domestic, international and cross-border finance transactions. It is consistently recognised as a Band 1 practice in Acquisition/Leveraged Finance and Corporate Finance by respected legal directories.
