If you have practised across Germany, have experience in German law, or have obtained a law qualification in Germany, then this is an excellent opportunity for you to join an expanding global organisation.
We are exclusively partnering with a global multi-disciplinary consultancy firm that are continuing to experience exceptional growth. They support clients with business-critical decisions and change across a range of issues such as global situations, disputes, risk, and transformation.
The organisation has ambitious plans to continue their international expansion, and so an additional UK based lawyer is required to work across the EMEA and APAC regions.
Working alongside the Associate GC you will be responsible for varied work across the EMEA and APAC regions. Although part of an international legal team, your role will be an additional hire in the UK and so there's flexibility to mould the role around you.
- Managing commercial agreements from negotiation to execution including engagement letters, confidentiality, and supplier agreements
- Provide advice across varied areas of law including commercial, corporate, data protection and IP
- Support in the development and automation of processes
What they're looking for
You'll be a mid-level lawyer who has experience, or qualification, in German law. Experience across the US, and other EMEA / APAC jurisdictions would be useful but not essential. You'll have strong private practice experience and/or have worked for a leading global organisation.
You'll benefit from working in a highly autonomous role but with the support from an Associate GC who has practised in top international law firms, and organisations. You'll also have a market leading benefits package and high involvement in a growing organisation!
Please note our advertisements use PQE/salary levels purely as a guide. However we are happy to consider applications from all candidates who are able to demonstrate the skills necessary to fulfil the role.
