Competition / Anti-Trust Solicitor – US law firm – 3/6 month FTC.

Taylor Root have partnered with a leading US law firm In their search for an experienced Competition/Anti-Trust Solicitor to join the firms London office. This role will be offered on an initial 3/6 month FTC.

The Firm

Our client is one of the fastest growing US firms in London, having made significant strides recently establishing themselves as market leaders in various areas including corporate, private equity, litigation and anti-trust.

The Team

The team provides guidance to clients on EU, UK, and multijurisdictional merger control, foreign direct investment, and strategies and filings related to EU foreign subsidies. They also assist with EU and UK cartel investigations and ensure compliance with antitrust regulations.

The Role

As mentioned, this is a 3/6 month FTC assisting on various matters in anti-trust. You will be working closely with the Partners on various non-contentious (and some contentious) competition/anti-trust matters.

The Ideal Candidate

You will be a UK qualified solicitor with at least 1 years PQE in another leading competition/anti-trust team. This experience will have been gained from a top 50 city law firm. Due to the urgent nature of this role, those who are available at short notice (no longer than 1 month) will be considered.
