AML/Conflicts Analyst

Our client is a globally renowned Law firm that has presence across over 30 countries and they are recruiting for an AML/Conflicts Analyst in the Singapore office.

This is a great opportunity for an individual to be involved in due diligence and conflicts management activities for the offices within APAC regions.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform client due diligence on entities identified, through various publicly available and firm sources
  • Undertake risk assessments on all new and existing clients including on PEPs and high risk clients and advise mitigation methods
  • Liaise with fee earners to highlight or identify any potential conflicts of interest relating to new matters and clients across all practice areas of the firm.
  • Ensure assurance process is run and daily alerts are reviewed and resolved

Requirements:

  • Minimum 4 years of relevant experience
  • Prior working experience in law firms or professional services firm will be viewed favorably
  • Knowledge of AML, KYC, Due Diligence
  • Strong analytical skills with attention to detail; process driven and goal oriented
