Head of Legal – 12 months FTC

We are working with a leading multinational business who are looking to recruit a Head of Legal & Deputy Company Secretary on a 12-month FTC basis in Sunderland.

In this role, you will be supporting the business on a wide variety of matters including drafting and negotiating strategic customer and supply agreements as well as supporting company secretarial matters. You will also have line management responsibility for a team of 3 lawyers.

The ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate at least 10 years’ experience in commercial and company secretarial matters with a reputable business.
