Compliance Analyst: Supporting Effective Risk Management

Are you a detail-oriented individual with a passion for ensuring regulations are met? Do you thrive in a fast-paced environment where you can utilise analytical and investigative skills? If so, this challenging and rewarding Compliance Analyst role is for you!

In this role, you will play a key role in supporting the Corporate Compliance Manager in managing the Group’s compliance risks. You will ensure that counterparty due diligence and reviews are completed efficiently, upholding regulations like the UK Bribery Act, GDPR, and Modern Slavery Act.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Collaborating with front office personnel to understand and approve counterparties for transactions.
  • Conducting thorough due diligence using various databases, identifying beneficial ownership and subsidiary structures.
  • Championing group-wide compliance training through computer-based initiatives.
  • Reviewing and adhering to internal compliance policies, ensuring they align with relevant regulations.
  • Contributing to the development of new procedures, policies, and processes.
  • Assisting with daily compliance tasks and administrative duties.
  • Proactively monitoring and clearing due diligence alerts.
  • Staying current on regulatory and commercial developments, keeping the Compliance Manager informed.

This is a 12 month FTC opportunity for an individual seeking a dynamic and challenging role where they can contribute to the organization’s success while developing valuable analytical and investigative skills.
