The future of recruitment – Digital transformation and ESG:<\/strong> Firstly, the rising digitization of business activities is creating demand for new roles and skill sets in the areas of Cybersecurity and AI. Secondly, stricter sustainability regulations mean companies seek ESG talent to drive their sustainability initiatives. Emerging roles and skillsets in demand include sustainable finance and investment, ESG data, and reporting.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
