Whilst we all know that gender parity within the workplace has improved over the past decades, we all also know that there is still a long way to go.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>We interviewed&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.linkedin.com\/in\/fannie-fan-b81439199\/\">Fannie Fan<\/a>, General Counsel Greater China at Fresenius Medical Care.&nbsp;<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>\u200b<\/em><strong>#IWD2020 &nbsp;#EachforEqual<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>The theme for IWD2020 is #EachforEqual. Have you experienced gender stereotypes\/gender bias in a professional context? If so, how have you been able to challenge this?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>I have not personally experienced any gender stereotypes\/gender bias so far. However, during my work experience of over 20 years, both as a business professional and as a legal professional, I have witnessed various cases where women leaders encounter \u201cglass-ceilings\u201d at times of promotion or moving up the corporate\/organisational ladders.
