An exciting opportunity has arisen to join our client, an award-winning national Property Litigation team. Our client firm is renowned for excellence and innovation in legal services, and they are seeking a dedicated Property Litigation Solicitor to be based in Birmingham.<\/p>\n
Role Overview:
In this role, you will advise a diverse range of public and private sector clients on a broad spectrum of property-related disputes. This includes landlord and tenant issues, land and development matters, and providing advisory support for transactional colleagues. You will be part of a dynamic team that values expertise, collaboration, and client satisfaction.<\/p>\n
Key Responsibilities:
Commercial Tenancy Disputes: Handle disputes related to breaches of covenants, service charges, forfeiture, dilapidations, and rent reviews.
Land-Based Disputes: Manage cases involving restrictive covenants, easements, trespass, and claims for possession.
Business Tenancy Renewals: Advise and represent clients in matters of business tenancy renewals.
Court Proceedings: Conduct proceedings in the High Court, County Court, and First-Tier Tribunal (Property Chamber).
Client Advisory: Provide expert advisory support to transactional colleagues, ensuring seamless integration of litigation and transactional practices.<\/p>\n

Requirements:
Qualified solicitor qualified in England & Wales, with minimum 2PQE
Proven experience in property litigation, with a strong focus on commercial tenancy disputes and land-based disputes.
Solid understanding of business tenancy renewals and related legal processes.
Experience conducting proceedings in the High Court, County Court, and First-Tier Tribunal (Property Chamber).<\/p>\n
