Legal Director, M&A and Projects, KSA<\/p>\n

Our client is a Saudi based corporate, with shareholders from the highest tier of government owned investment companies. Their main objective is to invest (usually via local or international joint venture) into large scale industrial. infrastructure and engineering projects. Their portfolio covers billions of dollars of assets. They are now seeking an additional corporate and projects lawyer to their team.<\/p>\n

ROLE: The position available is as the M&A Director for Legal, but the work will likely also span across projects, finance, construction, compliance and regulatory. Each day you’ll work on closing large scale deals, managing outside counsel, and reporting back to the C-suite, investors and deal teams. You’ll be busy, but well rewarded and pleased with the quality of work on offer.<\/p>\n

With the market growth and their own pursuits and shareholders pushing deals hard, this an amazing opportunity to join a flourishing business.<\/p>\n

The role will be based in the flourishing and fast paced growth city of Riyadh.<\/p>\n

CANDIDATE: There are some key criteria to be taken into consideration:<\/p>\n

– Western qualified lawyer with at least 10+ PQE.
– Very strong business acumen with a great understanding of deal flow and commercial implications.
– Ability to handle multiple complex projects simultaneously, under high pressure and a fast pace.
– Ideally a corporate or projects lawyer who is confident enough to handle a broader spectrum of work (i.e. construction \/ projects \/ finance).
– Or, any of the above disciplines, blended.
– Ideally a knowledge of KSA laws already.<\/p>\n
