This is a broad, high-impact role supporting financial products, regulatory matters, product development, and commercial transactions within a collaborative and entrepreneurial environment.<\/p>\n<p>The position offers significant exposure to senior leadership, close partnership with business and product teams, and the opportunity to help shape legal strategy in a key growth market.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p><strong>Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt;font-family: Calibri\">Advise on U.S. regulatory and financial products matters<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt;font-family: Calibri\">Support product launches and strategic business initiatives<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt;font-family: Calibri\">Draft, review, and negotiate commercial and partnership agreements<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt;font-family: Calibri\">Provide practical legal guidance to business, product, and operational teams<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt;font-family: Calibri\">Manage regulatory inquiries and outside counsel relationships<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt;font-family: Calibri\">Develop scalable legal processes, templates, and training materials<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt;font-family: Calibri\">Partner with stakeholders across the U.S. and internationally<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Experience<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt;font-family: Calibri\">JD and admission to practice in at least one U.S. jurisdiction<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt;font-family: Calibri\">Experience supporting fintech, lending, payments, or other regulated financial products<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt;font-family: Calibri\">Strong regulatory advisory and commercial contracting experience<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt;font-family: Calibri\">Experience partnering with product and business teams<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt;font-family: Calibri\">Ability to operate independently in a fast-paced environment<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt;font-family: Calibri\">Prior in-house experience preferred<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt;font-family: Calibri\">Experience in a high-growth or scaling business is a plus<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Additional Information<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>This role is ideal for a commercially minded lawyer who enjoys variety, ownership, and working closely with the business.
