The work will involve a broad mix of matters including:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Handling asset management, sales and acquisitions, financing, and complex agreements for lease relating to a range of property sectors (retail, hospitality, office, industrial).<\/li>\n<li>Advising on matters involving prominent Central London estates and mixed-use historic estates, including headleases, property rights and rights of light.<\/li>\n<li>Acting on behalf of UK and international occupiers in a variety of industries (film, television, retail, finance, media, and professional services) on lease negotiations, HQ relocations, disposals, refurbishments, and portfolio management.<\/li>\n<li>Working closely with top-tier clients, including blue-chip asset managers, iconic London estates, and high-profile occupiers across sectors.<\/li>\n<li>Collaborating with colleagues in construction, tax, and planning to provide full-service solutions to clients.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>You can expect exposure to high-value, complex transactions and the opportunity to take a lead role on matters whilst receiving strong support for your development.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p><strong>What They&#8217;re Looking For<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>3-6 years&#8216; PQE in commercial real estate from a leading City or strong regional firm<\/li>\n<li>Solid experience in landlord and tenant matters, real estate due diligence and transactional work<\/li>\n<li>Excellent drafting and negotiation skills with strong attention to detail<\/li>\n<li>Ability to work effectively within a partner-led team and manage multiple transactions<\/li>\n<li>A motivated individual with a commercial mindset and strong client-facing skills<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Why Apply?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The firm offers top of market remuneration alongside an attractive bonus scheme.
