What You’ll Do<\/h3>\n
\u2705 Manage a complex and ever-changing executive calendar, ensuring seamless scheduling and prioritization<\/p>\n
\u2705 Handle highly confidential and sensitive matters with the utmost professionalism and discretion<\/p>\n
\u2705 Coordinate executive meetings, board and committee logistics, and related planning activities<\/p>\n
\u2705 Arrange domestic and international travel, including detailed itineraries, accommodations, and transportation<\/p>\n
\u2705 Prepare meeting agendas, capture key discussion points, and track follow-up action items<\/p>\n
\u2705 Serve as a liaison between executive leadership, internal teams, and external stakeholders<\/p>\n
\u2705 Manage expense reporting and other executive administrative responsibilities<\/p>\n
\u2705 Support special projects and additional executive initiatives as needed<\/p>\n
What We’re Looking For<\/h3>\n\n- 8-10+ years of experience supporting C-suite executives in a fast-paced corporate environment<\/li>\n
- Associate degree in Business, Communications, or equivalent professional experience<\/li>\n
- Executive support experience for multiple senior leaders<\/li>\n
- Legal department or legal executive support experience is a plus<\/li>\n
- Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)<\/li>\n
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills<\/li>\n
- Strong organizational, planning, and prioritization abilities<\/li>\n
- Proven ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment<\/li>\n
- Comfortable working independently while anticipating executive needs<\/li>\n
- Service-oriented mindset with strong stakeholder management skills<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
