Acting for registered providers and social landlords, you will manage a caseload of housing disrepair claims, advising on litigation strategy, liability, quantum and settlement opportunities.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p>Working as part of a specialist national team, you will handle a broad range of disrepair matters while building strong client relationships and contributing to the team&#8217;s continued growth.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p><strong>What They&#8217;re Looking For<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Qualified Solicitor in England &amp; Wales or equivalent &#8211; NQ-7 PQE<\/li>\n<li><strong>Experience handling housing disrepair claims is essential<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>Experience acting for registered providers, social landlords or local authorities<\/li>\n<li>Strong litigation, drafting and case management skills<\/li>\n<li>Commercial and pragmatic approach to problem solving<\/li>\n<li>Excellent communication and client management abilities<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<hr \/>\n<p><span style=\"color: #333333;font-size: 8pt\">Please note our advertisements use PQE\/salary levels purely as a guide.
