Typical work includes:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Commercial contracts (primarily B2B): including warehousing and logistics, supply of goods and services, agency and distribution agreements, SaaS, system development, and long\u2011term commercial arrangements.<\/li>\n<li>Technology &amp; outsourcing: IT and BPO outsourcing, software licensing, cloud services and digital transformation projects.<\/li>\n<li>Advertising &amp; adtech matters as part of a growing area of the practice.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Clients include global tech companies, major retailers and brands, technology suppliers, media organisations and start-ups.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p><strong>About you<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The team is seeking someone who brings:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>2-4 years&#8216; PQE with strong commercial contracts experience gained in a respected commercial or tech practice.<\/li>\n<li>A genuine interest in working across a broad mix of matters and industry sectors.<\/li>\n<li>Intellectual curiosity, commercial awareness, and enthusiasm for contributing to client training, networking and wider business development.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Culture &amp; Development<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>This is a cohesive, collaborative and low\u2011ego team where associates are trusted with early client contact and meaningful responsibility.
