This is a high\u2011profile role within a growing practice, offering exposure to a balanced mix of advisory, transactional and contentious insolvency work.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p><strong>The Team<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The team advises a broad range of stakeholders including lenders, corporates, directors, investors, insolvency practitioners and office\u2011holders on complex domestic and cross\u2011border restructuring and insolvency matters. It is known for handling technically challenging and strategically sensitive situations, often working closely with finance, corporate, real estate and disputes colleagues.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p><strong>The Role<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The successful candidate will be involved in matters such as:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Advising on restructurings, workouts and distressed situations<\/li>\n<li>Formal insolvency processes including administrations, liquidations and restructuring plans<\/li>\n<li>Distressed M&amp;A and insolvency-related transactions<\/li>\n<li>Contentious insolvency matters, including claims involving directors, creditors and office\u2011holders<\/li>\n<li>Drafting and negotiating restructuring and insolvency documentation, court applications and sale agreements<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Senior associates are given meaningful responsibility, direct client exposure and the opportunity to take a lead role on matters, while supporting partners on complex mandates.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p><strong>Candidates should:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Have 4+ years&#8216; PQE (ideally 5-7 PQE) in restructuring and insolvency<\/li>\n<li>Demonstrate strong technical skills, commercial judgment and confidence managing matters<\/li>\n<li>Be motivated to develop their practice and contribute to the growth of the team<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>The Offer<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The firm offers a high\u2011quality work environment, excellent training and development, clear progression at senior associate level, and a collaborative culture that supports flexible and agile working.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<p><span style=\"color: #333333;font-size: 8pt\">Please note our advertisements use PQE\/salary levels purely as a guide.
