The team advises on acquisitions and disposals (direct and indirect), joint ventures, restructurings and the full range of corporate real estate matters arising in sophisticated private capital transactions.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p>The work spans a broad range of asset classes and regularly includes complex lease arrangements, franchise structures and hotel and broader asset management agreements.
