The team offers high\u2011quality, partner\u2011led work whilst maintaining a collaborative, down\u2011to\u2011earth working environment.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<h2><strong>The Role<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>You will take on a senior, client\u2011facing role within a growing and respected Private Client practice. The caseload is broad, high\u2011quality and varied, with the opportunity to work on complex matters for long\u2011standing clients and new referrals. Responsibilities include:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Managing a diverse caseload across wills, trusts, probate, estate administration, inheritance tax planning, lifetime planning and LPAs.<\/li>\n<li>Advising on complex estates, high\u2011value matters, cross\u2011border elements and bespoke succession planning structures.<\/li>\n<li>Acting as a trusted adviser to HNW and UHNW individuals, family business owners, and multi\u2011generational families.<\/li>\n<li>Preparing tailored wills, trust deeds, tax\u2011efficient structures and estate planning strategies.<\/li>\n<li>Leading on complex probate matters and advising executors, trustees and beneficiaries.<\/li>\n<li>Overseeing more junior fee\u2011earners, supporting their development and ensuring high\u2011quality client service.<\/li>\n<li>Working collaboratively with colleagues across other practice areas to support clients holistically.<\/li>\n<li>Contributing to business development, including networking, community engagement and growing internal and external referrer relationships.<\/li>\n<li>Helping shape the continued development of the team during a period of strategic growth.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2><strong>Candidate Profile<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>The ideal candidate will bring:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>At least 6 years&#8216; PQE in Private Client law, with strong technical grounding.<\/li>\n<li>Experience advising on complex and high\u2011value estates, trusts and succession planning.<\/li>\n<li>Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly and sensitively.<\/li>\n<li>Strong client\u2011handling skills with experience managing HNW relationships.<\/li>\n<li>A collaborative, approachable working style aligned with a supportive team culture.<\/li>\n<li>Ability to mentor and supervise more junior team members.<\/li>\n<li>A commercial outlook, enthusiasm for developing client relationships and interest in building the team&#8217;s profile.<\/li>\n<li>STEP qualification (or willingness to undertake) is advantageous.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2><strong>Firm Culture &amp; Environment<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>The firm is known for its inclusive, friendly and community\u2011minded ethos.
